I would like to review Discovery Insure as the worst Insurance Company that due to the service that they have given to my client - Mr. Tshepo Matseba who had a claimed and we are being given different reason as to why the claim is being rejected by Discovery.

First we are told that it was a non payment rejection and when we proved that this was not correct we are given another reason. We have tried numerous of times as appointed Broker on record to try and resolve this claim for the claim and its frustrating that we are also give a run around.

We are in the process of taking the matter on review with the Insurance Ombuds on behalf of the client as this is the last resort to try and assist the client due to the fact that we were appointed at a late stage.
