Claim

As you are aware. I've had a lot of trouble to get my Claim through Discovery's Assessor approved. If I say trouble, I'm talking about the time it took to get approval. Then they got hold of S&J Contractors to do the repairs. O my word! It all started very well until I start asking questions. Long story short. The left over jobs was handed over to me and I agreed to it as the "trust" thing is now gone with the Contractors. We had a meeting and I was told that some amount will be paid out to me so I can finish the left over work. It has been nearly 3 weeks and I am still waiting for funds. I called Discovery and they said that they are not aware of such. What to do now? The Assessor is not replying on my calls nor email. I've done my part by getting quotations on everything that needs to be done but waiting for funds. Nobody needs this type of service in your life. I think I've joined Discovery in 2018/19 if not mistaken and NEVER missed a payment. It took me 5 calls yesterday and nearly 30 min to get trough to somebody that can help me because they just past you to another!

All I can say is, I AM DONE with Discovery !
