Claim *** - Outstanding service by Jose Nelson

I must praise your employee, Jose Nelson, for his excellent service he provided this week. A quote for my claim was quickly received, and once accepted he not only kept me up to date, but has also kept me informed of all steps and ensured I'm comfortable and not anxious around any unforeseen problems that could arise. His calm, patient manner was a great help to me when my frustration was at an all time-high. I definitely would prefer to always only have to liaise with him for assistance in any future incidents.
