Claim ********** 4 under Policy ********** 954

Peter Rankhathi from Discovery Insure is a disgrace. He is making my wife’s life miserable. She submitted a claim on 6 May 2019 after she was bumped at de back of her BMW 320. To date claim number ********** has not bn finalized cos he decided to appoint / allocate a panel beater based in Kempton Park when we stay in Brakpan. He claims that Discovery has no accredited panel beaters in Brakpan which is not true. He also claims dat de panel beater in Kempton has already bought parts. He also indicated that the only way to resolve this matter is to give us money to use de panel beater of our choice but with conditions. May the senior management of this big company intervene....this is “BAD”
