Cherise Davies Discovery Consultant bad customer support

Been dealing with Cherise Davies as my consultant and its been weeks and my claim has not been processed, no feedback or response. Such poor service and its so disappointing since it my first bad experience with them and I have a number of their products so I am extremely disappointment at the lack of customer service. Wow!
