Cheated me

On 29th of March 2016 I wanted to cancel my car insurance with Discovery as it was getting quite expensive (820 Rands/Month) for me. and I actually got a better deal from Dial Direct (516 Rands/Month). So I called Discovery at *** and asked them to cancel my Insurance, but they forwarded my call to a person named Ntokozo (Nito) Radebe, He said he can reduce my premium from 820/month to 684.11/month and the plan will stay as it is. He said he has updated the system and promised me that from the next month i.e. April I will only be charged 684.11/Month, and he even sent me the updated documents. But I am still getting charged 820/month. So I have lost all that money that I could have saved if I would have changed to Dial Direct thats almost 300 rands. And now when I am trying to email him regarding this issue, he is just ignoring my emails and not responding back.<br> <br> @Discovery if you really care about your customers you must rectify this immediately, and give my money back
