CHARGED FOR AVIS RENTAL DAYS

I called on 02/07/2020 and spoke to Martha regarding the rental extension. I was suppose to return the rental on 03/07/2020 however I started working from home in July and I live in the Vaal. I took the rental from Centurion, at that time was still working at the office. I could only get leave to return the rental on 07/07/2020. 03/07/2020 I spoke to Kedibone and my extension was granted till 07/07/2020 at 13:00. Today I receive an invoice and was charged R498.27 excl vat for 3days. This is totally unacceptable and very inconvenient. Can I have this matter resolved please. I have mailed the invoice to the claims handler today, still no feedback.
