Changing a premium without notification

I am writting this on behalf of my wife and she is the policy holder and regular driver and I am the one who is paying.We took an car insurance policy in June 2015 and agreed to pay R1510.77 inclusive of tracking device etc. If i can remember well, first three debit order went well without a problem, but roughly after the fourth one, I noticed that R1555.77 (R45 more) were being deducted.
