Changer to telematic system tracker - not updating records

I changed my tacking system on 21 June to the telematic system to get 60 points per day. Since then, the system is not updating. I have phoned to report this to Discovery 5 times, and they have never come back to me, nor have they resolved my issue. My wife also moves to the Telematic system, and she has the same issue. This is affecting my drive status which results in lower petrol rebate, not achieving a play on the game board and will affect my penalty on my phone as I am not achieving my goals.
