Change of heart

Called Discovery Insure to cancel my car insurance due to financial constraints. Tasmina Nair from Retention department assisted in reducing my premium and reminded me of all the benefits I get with Discovery which I am not using to my benefit. She was very friendly and managed to convince me to stay. Thank you for the exceptional service.
