CEO Anton Ossip and Kagiso did their best and quick turn around time!
I recently wrote a complaint regarding Discovery Insure and now I realize that it was not any fault of their own but that of their SP all sure. So when someone does good we need to share that as well. Thank you to Kagiso the commercial claims team leader who was very patient with me also the CEO of Discovery insure Mr Anton Ossip who stepped in and made things right and took accountability. Thanks for finalizing my claim and all the best for 2021!
