My cellular phone was ****** and Nonsindiso Ngobese at the claims department was very helpful, efficient, kind and understanding. Claim approved with speed too, once all the docs were submitted. The only reason I'm not giving a 5* is that Discovery insures / covers a replacement unit (to the value they can buy it for... important to know), not the full replacement amount. This is if you rush in and buy a replacement cell unit straight away, which one does when you are stranded without a cell phone! I was VERY fortunate that the Cellucity consultant warned me up front about that, to call my broker from their phone to check this.
