Cellphone faulty after repairs from TT3 appointed by Discovery

My son cellphone was damaged , discovery insure nominated tt3 to repair the cellphone , which the repairs was done , when i received my cellphone the battery had a problem , i informed TT3 , they came to collect my cell and repaired it according to them . Yesterday i have received the cellphone . The same complaint it is still not sorted
