Cellphone Claim

I submitted a cellphone claim (***), the phone is for an A30 which correlates with the correct IMEI number. Now discovery only want to pay for an A3 for a sum insured R2500 - I did not let Discovery know that the phone should be insured for R2500, I indicated it should be for the retail value, now no one in the claims department is able to assist me. Sifiso and Matume advised they would get back to me yesterday. I have sent numerous emails since 12 August 21 to which I have not received a response. Pathetic service. thank you Discovery Insure
