Cell phone claim

My dog really chewed up my cell phone. i contacted Motshabi Kkotu at Discovery Insure to start the claim process. i honestly thought she would laugh and not believe my dog had actually chomped my phone! it does sound ludicrous doesn't it? However she handled my claim with composure and very efficiently. She kept me informed on a daily basis as to what was happening with my claim and answered my many questions efficiently and very promptly. She really made my claim experience pleasant and without any frustration. Well done to Motshabi Kotu for her professionalism and compassion.
