Cell Phone Claim

Logged a cell phone claim on saturday and spoke a very nice and professionally gentleman by the name of Thato Mekgoe..my phone was picked up yesterday by a service provider and Thato called to advise of the feedback and that my phone will be replaced.little did i know that i will be getting my phone TODAY..It took two days for my claim to be handled and i am happy and over the moon of the service that our claims team provide..Thato treated me like a client and not someone that works for discovery insure.
