Called in today for premium reviews and received excellent service from Fundiswa Loza from the Retentions department. Firstly she explained on how to make well informed decision when choosing vehicle cover. Not only she managed to reduce my premiums which was all i wanted but she also gave me advice how to get maximumtm value of the products i have with discovery. I cannot leave out the pleasant and refreshing conversation we had. She made me feel so important, i mentioned that i was running out of airtime and she aksed me to drop the line and called me immediately without making me feel ashamed. When our call dropped unexpectedly, she called me back again and apologized for it eventhough it was not necessary her fault.
