Caring and excellent service

<p>I want to compliment Mr. Nelson Shikwambana of Discovery insure for his excellent and caring service during my claim process. <br />Two weeks ago, an electrical storm resulted in a power surge, which fried both televisions and DSTV decoders. <br />Nelson actioned the claim quickly, and was really empathetic saying that he could not "image life without TV" :)<br />This shows that claims officials are not just "claims officials" but they are human - and they realise that clients are people too.<br /> <br />Thank you for caring Nelson!<br />Best wishes,<br />Lerisa </p>
