I would like to sincerely thank Mpho Phokanoka for superior service. Service of this level makes me uninterested in considering your competitors as my insurer as I have had a positive experience each time I had to use the Home Assist line. Had a problem related to my geyser after a power outage and called the Home Assist line for help.

I was not feeling well on this day and that morning I actually dreaded having to deal with this issue too. Later that morning I left to attend a doctor's appointment when I was informed that the plumber had been out to the house and that the issue was in fact, electricity related. I once again dreaded the thought of having to arrange another appointment and deal with this whilst not feeling well.

Mpho took care of everything for me! I did not have to make one phone call myself other than just the call to Discovery Insure. Mpho kept me updated with periodic calls throughout the day and even offered to call my mom, who was at home, as I was out for part of the day. Mpho gracefully arranged the second callout with an electrician and pushed to get an electrician out to my house earlier than expected. He followed up, kept me updated and even checked in once the issue was sorted out. I appreciate the compassion he showed towards me and even more so, how brilliantly efficient he was!
