23 May 2019, 17:05It is a gigantic pity that after Carel gave me such a wonderful 5 star experience, I am now having a huge issue with the rest of my claim. My overall experience has now been completely *****ed. 2 months since towed by panel beater I still do not have a car, no matter how many times I have asked this to be escalated by Discovery. I have now not had a car for 3 months in total. I am seriously concerned about the state I will receive my car in now, what if it gets stripped whilst sitting at the panel beater for so long? I am definitely considering changing insurers following this.
