Careful with Vitality and Discovery insurance
Can’t return items purchased with vitality discount and Sportsmanswarehouse. I bought shoes that I wanted to return the next day. not worn at all.
The store could not refund me because they need a code from vitality. I had to go to a vitality store and get them to call, I could not get verification on the call and the staff member called them. He managed to speak to someone however I was meant to receive the code two days ago, nothing!!
You cant call these people at all, they simply wont help!!
I was happy to drop the refund on the vitality points and wanted my basic refund but can’t even get that!
Careful with this , it’s a joke this company!
I tried to also cancel my insurance that went up by 35% mind you! No feedback , rude staff and can’t get verified on call with them!!!
I have never!!!
