Car writem off feedback via email...Why I am just receiving an email instructing me to sign A&C scan back the form;hand over the keys to Ramex when i took the insurance i received bunch of calls now it written off life sentence email advise not available

<p>Assist as I am disappointed confused and loosing my mind.I am real not against the Assessor report but my consen is what other options I have when my car it written off?</p> <p>I was financed by my ex employer ithala idfc as part of internally staff benefit I left the company 3moths ago due to personal reason ive made arrangements with them to pay my vehicle via debit order as before it was taken from payslip.this is internal staff loan once you out of the company you are opted to sign agreement on how to pay your accoubt regardless of insurance or not;failure to do that account sent to legal and you are blacklisted as this service not being offered to members of the public it for their staff.</p> <p>I couldn't qualify for vehicle finance when I bought this car that why I ended up chosen my employer staff loan;but I refused to take up their insurance I chose Discovery because of the level of professionalism thy provide but today when I received the shocking news ever I didn't see that professionalism.why just an email with a form sold mylife out something that I work hard veryday of mylife to make sure it receives the best care ever
