car tyres

I hit a pothole on Saturday. Two tyre burst. Called for towing so I can buy two tyres. Was told that it falls under accidents and I need not worry. <br> <br> A car was organised with avis for 72 hrs. No call from discovery yesterday regarding assessing the car. I called them this morning to confirm. No one knew what was happening but [Email Removed] promised to come back to me by 12am. Waited for her after sending her an email, am still waiting.<br> <br> I then called in again after avis told me they will send people to impound the car as it is overdue. I got a lady who transfered me to keneilwe. She also tried to ask for assistance from your side but came back with a solution that I can keep the car and assessing people were sent to my car. I must wait until then.<br> <br> I just want to pay for the two tyres and get back my car. This one is costing me petrol as my car has a fleet card. If possible tow my car closer even to witbank is fine. I will go and collect from there.
