Car trouble

In the old days I used to have a subscription to the AA and when my car would not start I would wait and wait and wait I got rid of it when I switched to Discovery Insure and today my car would not start Phoned Discovery who put me through to Denish Gouden He said I ll phone you back as soon as he had got an ETA from his service provider - I thought yeah right! Within 5 minute he phoned me to tell me his service provider would be with me within 30/40 minutes Cautiously optimistic and sure enough I had a jump start and Denesh phoned me to make sure everything was ok Am I glad I switched
