Car Seat discount - contact centre

They have advertised for Car seat discount on their website and trying to get that voucher is a nightmare. Called contact centre on 22nd and they advised that it will be done in 4 working days. As I haven't received feedback from them, called again today and now they said 48 hours. I am sure that I am not going get any feedback in 48 hours. Pathetic service from them. Haven't expected this from Discovery insure.
