Car problems

I was highjacked later the Car was recovered with damages on the Engine right hand side due to the car being bumped, discovery insure advised the car is repairable it was repaired after repairs the car had problems with the fuse box, but it was repaired. I drove the car only a month and half started experiencing problems engine making noise eventually got a breakdown. Took the car back to the insurance, the car was taken to Vw dealership and they sent their own forensic guy to check the car which he claimed my car had a turbo failure and that is not as a result of the highjack. Discovery insure never contacted me to discuss all this, I called by a tow truck guy telling me he was asked to deliver my car without notification from the insurance. The next day I had to call discovery insure and ask them what’s happening only then I was told the claim is rejected, their forensic guy stripped my car wrote a report and left the car and the insurance towed my car like that now I’m struggling to get the insurance to fix my car back to normal.
