Car owners being penalized for bad system design.
Your drive program penalizes car owners for lending a car to a friend or a spouse driving the car? In which world do you live where all married couples have two cars? Your system only allows for one registered driver and now people are losing points because of your poor system/business design?
I know you are working on a solution, but at least disable the penalty system until you can release a better system and cars with 2 regular drivers can be insured with you.
I just started with you and none of the above was mentioned to me on sign up even after I explained how my car is used.
Seriously thinking of canceling.

06 Jul 2023, 16:54Seeing that for some reason, your main system is faulty by design, I will be canceling. I sure as hell will not pay an additional excess if something happens to my car while I'm driving it but my friend is the primary driver... I made this all clear when I signed up. Your sales staff is so eager to make sales that they completely misrepresent your products.
