Car Locksmith help from Discovery Insure

My car battery died and I was locked out of my car. I couldn't unlock manually as my car was previously broken into about 3 years ago so I never fixed my manual lock as I can open my car with my mobilizer remote. In fact I've never had to manually open it. Called Discovery and the lady Selofeng Mosiapoa helped me withing 5min. The locksmith arrived an hour later at my place and helped me also within 5min. I was in limbo as I couldn't believe that I was locked out my own car while the key was in my hand. She furthermore called me 10min later after the locksmith left to check up on me. We even shared a laugh now that the crisis was averted. I'm grateful for the help cause I really didn't want to see myself arguing with anyone over the phone.
