Ntombizodwa Nyembe from retention at Discovery Insure was very kind, informative and helpful. I called to cancel my insurance after 2 years with the service provider but she talked me through my experience and concerns, got me a discount and took me back to being a classical vitality member. She also gave me advise on what to always look out for in future insurance agreements and I found this helpful. I had already moved to outsurance but after my call with her I cancelled my new contract with outsurance. I really am impressed with the service I got from her on 04/01/2021
