On the 1st of February I wrote a review regarding discovery deducting way more than the monthly payment. After that I was told to send my policy number and they said they will investigate the issue. I have been wait ever since for any feedback regarding the issue. No matter how many times I try to contact them regarding the issue they just keep ignoring me.
