I woukd like to share my personal experience thai had with Discovery Insure. On the 15th Jan i was in a car crash. So people from Discovery insure phoned at the scene before i could phone them. In few minutes they allocated an ambulance and tow truck to take care of myself and the car. I was then appointed with a claims assistant Dominic from Sandton branch. Since the time of the claim he was in contact with me and to inform me about the status of my claim right up go the time i got my car replaced. Even when he had to wait for some documents from the bank, he still kept the communication open and updated me every step of the way. I have received nothing but exceptional service from Discovery insure.
