Car insurance Discovery

Discovery is a bad insurance with there accredit dealers, my carport hit my cars roof in November 2021. My car did go in Feb 2022 at Karsten panel beaters for repair, karsten did not give all the cost to the insurance, due to their incompetence Discovery did not repair my suspension damage. It took them 88 days to repair the roof ond done a ****ty job on the vehicle. Discovery did not aprove the suspension repair because the pannel beather only give a qoute on the roof, olthou a 3rd party stated that the suspension was damage deu to impact. My car is not the same as it was before the accident, Discovery reply was i can take them to the ombudsman and take the case futher, but my premie money is good enough for such service.
