Car insurance complaint

I was involved in a car accident on the 15th of Feb, am insured with Discovery insure. On the same day i called Discovery and was towed and my claim was processed on the 16th so i was told, i have been following up on my claim with no luck till today being the 12th of April 2016, my car is still sitting at the supplier's bodywork's they are also claiming to be waiting for a response from Discovery insure, i get no feedback's or updates everyday i have to call the insurance people and am always sent from pillar to post, this excise has become so tedious. One minute i am told it could be a write off but they still waiting for the assessor, the courtesy car was taken after 30days mind you, currently i can not attend school, as i do not have a car...I am so disappointed as discovery insure was highly recommended, it seems they do not care about their customer's or maybe it is a race thing one can never be too sure.
