Car Insurance Cancellation Process With Discovery Insure

I would just like to thank Shafick from Discovery for making my car insurance cancelation process so seamless and easy, the conversation with Shafick over the phone started out with him telling me what would happen if i cancel my insurance and proceed with my future car insurance plans. I told him that I understood exactly what the implications are and that I want to proceed with my decision. He then proceeded to respect and accept my decision instead of trying to force me to stay with Discovery and helped me out immediately by canceling my insurance and proceeded to book the appointment for my car tracker uninstallation. This gentleman is a prime example of what the car insurance cancelation process should look like !!
