Car insurance cancellation

<p>Submitted request to cancel car insurance policy Friday 30 December 2016 due to passing of my Father</p> <p>Didnt hear further from Discovery so called again, spoke to Mrs Shamanie Pillay who found the reference number and became accountable for resolution of the matter.</p> <p>I wasn't happy that Discovery had dropped the ball and I had to call Discovery to follow up, but I was very impressed with Mrs Pillay's immediate attention to my issue and successful resolution. Thank you Mrs Pillay </p>
