Car insurance
It has been a big uncomfortable mission to cancel my car insurance with them, they have been transferring my calls to their cancelation department that promised to call me back and they never did. I have been waiting and calling, no answer no call back for 2 weeks!!!! I had to call the back to block them from taking my money.
