Car incident claim - Quick, simple and easy!

I am so extremely impressed with the service I have received regarding my claim.

I had an incident in a parking lot 2 weeks ago where someone was trying to park next to me, but they misjudged themselves and scratched my car.

I logged my claim with Discovery, and within 5 minutes I received an SMS with the contact details of the person who will be handling my claim, and they advised me that I have already been booked in for an assessment. Within 2 days my car was assessed.

Within the following week Discovery came back to me regarding the outcome of my claim. They are covering everything. I have a zero excess policy, so I won't have to pay anything in. Within 2 days I was booked in for my car to be repaired and a rental car will be provided for my time without a vehicle.

This is the first time I've ever had a claim, and man it was a pleasure dealing with Discovery.
