Car in an Accident last year August and car still not fixed this year

My husband was in a car 🚗 accident in August 2023. We called them and followed procedure. The car was evaluated with in a month and Discovery said they'll fix the car. They said they were waiting for the parts of the car, which they kept on updating us about the progress for car. Which they said they found the parts of the car 🚗 and busy fixing it, to a point where they told him his car was almost finished. At the beginning of the year we found that the car hasn't been fixed and nothing has been done to it they keep on coming up with stories (Discovery insurance) . My husband has been paying premiums every month but nothing is being done to help him. Now it's April still 🚫 nothing the hasn't been fixed and we don't have a car 🚗. We honestly are being miss treated by Discovery insurance they miss lead us and made think that they are the best . Discovery insurance services is very poor . My husband is very depressed 😔 now because of them
