Car damage

I'm so disappointed, I took my car for hail damage .They broke parts of the car inside such as the lever and the aircon isn't working anymore and I don't know who will pay for the damage and the experience I had with the panel beater was bad and I don't know if the insurance will fix it because they broke things that were not broken. Don't take your car to Ben's panel beaters
