Car claim rejection - shocking service

I have submitted a claim on my car for an accident that happened (accident which was not my fault) the accident was on the left front of my car, since the accident happened if you turn left with my car there is a noice coming from the wheel, Discovery repaired the damages on the left front bumper and on the side of the car but they are refusing to pay to get the noise / wheel fixed and to do a wheel alignment. They are stating this happened prior the accident which is utter nonsense. The panelbeater said it is dangerous to drive with my car like this and this is making me even more furious because I have a 2 month old baby, this is not just putting my own life in danger but so the life of my two month old baby. I have phoned into Discovery to have it reassess, my broker asked them on numerous occasions to send out an assessor but Discovery is refusing. This leave me with no other choice than to write a review on here and to take it to the ombudsman to fight for it further. This is absolutely shocking service, you pay for an insurance when accidents happen and then when they need to fix your car after an accident then they reject it. I have never received such service and I regret moving to Discovery from my prior insurance company where I have received excellent service.
