Car Claim progress updates slow & expensive

Claim number *** has been awaiting for decision for much longer and this would impact when I will get my car back. This is my first interaction with Discovery Insure and its really slow and not updating their app on progress. I'm tired and more indebt from international calls to find out about claim progress.
