Car claim
I have the worst experience with discovery insure. My car was attacked during the taxi strike in Cape Town and it’s not repaired to this date. I don’t get any sort of update, my claim was allocated to Sifiso who happens to have zero care in the world! I’m so disgusted by this behaviour

04 Sept 2023, 10:59I am not getting any update of the status of my car, I’m always the one calling them. They booked my car to the dealership but did not take it there, I had to track the car because no one knew about its whereabouts! I’m so livid about this!

04 Sept 2023, 11:07I spoke to a number of people from claims specialist department namely, Lolo, Tshepo, Tshepo Hlongwane. I asked to speak to their manager and I was never transferred, at one point Tshepo just cut the call.
