Car Accident Excess Refund & Great Service

I was involved in a car accident last year and discovery insure got my car fixed. i had to pay excess. i was not in the fault, and discovery legal tried to get hold of the person responsible for my car accident to ensure that they pay me back for my excess. it took a few months however, they have refunded me for the excess amount that i had paid last year. i am very grateful and appreciative from the service i received from Noveshree. she kept updating me throughout. i am glad that i did not have call the Discovery call center to keep following up as i was well updated.
