Car Accident Claim Delays and Panel-Shop Issues

On May 1st, 2023, I experienced a car accident and reported the incident, but up until now, my car remains unrepaired. Discovery Insurance assigned me to a panel-shop named "Shelley's Panelshop," which unfortunately provided me with false information. They claimed to have ordered the necessary parts from JHB, promising a delivery within three working days. However, they have failed to keep me informed about the progress. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I contacted Discovery Insure and requested a different panel-shop, but I have yet to receive any response from them.
