Car Accident

My husband was involved in a car accident on January 1, 2021. I received a call from Mpumi advising that they received an accident alert from the car. I called my husband only to find out that indeed he was involved in an accident. Since then, Mpumi and Sbu were constantly calling to check the wellbeing of my husband and the passengers in the vehicle. They further called me to give me an update every 20 minutes. Sbu went on to to send me a wats app with details of were the car was towed to and the name of the towing company. He was in constant contact and answered all questions that I had efficiently. What made my day was the empathy they displayed throughout the ordeal as my husband almost lost his life. I would like to thank them as well as discovery for making this bad experience to be the most memorable one. It was easy, hassle free and not daunting. Thank you Sbu, you are true asset to Discovery and thank you for making us as a client feel protected and treating us with dignity.
