Cant See Thanks Discovery Insure!

I have been trying to get resolution with regards to my claim submitted on 24 May – a pirate windscreen was installed in my X5 and as a result the sensor for the windscreen wipes does not work.

I have called more times than I can count and cannot for love or money get this resolved! The claims administrator is Nhlanhla Zungu but is clearly not interested in client service.
