Can't get hold of Discovery Insure

I have been trying to get a quote from Discovery for my motorcycle. I have insurance currently with discovery and just want to add the bike. I tried phoning yesterday morning and twice the call didn't go through. I tried yesterday afternoon and after talking to someone for about 2 minutes the call was dropped. This morning I tried again and after possibly 10 minutes of talking to the lady and giving all my details the call was dropped again. I don't have any calls dropped normally so I have to assume this is a Discovery issue. What annoys me is they don't even call me back, they have all my details, but I never get a call back. Is this technology or human related I wonder?
