Can't even get a quote

We had been contacted by a discovery broker to quote us on a complete overhaul of our portfolio.

We started with discovery insure, couldn't get an online quote, broker doesn't get back to us and the call center provided the quote but when i requested changes no one got back to me. Been close to a month.

Makes me wonder what the claims process would be like.
