Cant beat their system

After submitting a minor claim for the 1st time, with Discovery, I fully understand how they operate, They send assessors , appointed by themselves, that obviously rely on being on their panel, to give their report to their income stream. The claim is OBVIOUSLY , going to be rejected as wear and tear, as their assessors work for the system. Shocking to say the least.
