Can't be trusted

For a Big company that does not do as they say. First they send you an sms to say they will be taking your debit order off on the next banking day only to debit your account on a Sunday. The when you ask them to reprocess the debit order and move the debit order date they go an double the prorata amount but still not debit your account. I Have no been struggling with these useless people to debit my account since the 4 May 2020. They finally gave me a figure last week to debit which surprise surprise still has not come off. Phoned them to day and they advised that the debit order will be the original amount excluding the discounts and credits. which means i paid more than 25 extra this month where they said they will give us 15 % discount. *** is wrong with people. My insurance on my stuff will be suspended because of your incompetence. NEVER NEVER ever go to these useless people. I am done. I will pay more to a different insurance company than stick with these idiots. Listen to all the recordings this month that i made to your useless company and the promises you made
